A permanently mounted intelligent electronic locking system for commercial vehicles, trailers, containers, tankers and cargo bodies. Unlike battery-operated padlocks, it is hardwired to the vehicle power supply and continuously connected to the control platform — providing real-time security, monitoring and remote access control with a battery backup that keeps transmitting even if the vehicle battery is disconnected.

How is this different from a smart padlock?+

The Fixed Smart Lock is permanently mounted and hardwired to the vehicle's 12V/24V supply, so it stays online continuously without charging. It also acts as a vehicle security hub for multiple sensors (door, fuel cap, vibration, temperature, panic), which a portable padlock cannot.

What happens if the vehicle battery is disconnected?+

An internal rechargeable battery takes over and keeps transmitting tamper and power-disconnect alerts to the control room, and supports emergency unlock.

Can the lock be opened only at the destination?+

Yes — geofence-based unlock ensures the lock only releases when the vehicle reaches the approved GPS delivery point, optionally with OTP and customer confirmation.
